ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to three days to process your order. Expect an email within seven days to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP

Orders may be picked up from our store in Bir Hassan on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, Lebanon time.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders are generally shipped within 1 week from the order date. Flat rate shipping fee of 3$ applies to orders across Lebanon.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping for orders above $55.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Droubna is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Kindly refer to our refund policy for more details. 

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@droubna.me with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
